NAI Avant Senior Broker Nick Stomski, SIOR completes 100th transaction in 2017

NAI Avant Senior Broker Nick Stomski, SIOR recently made NAI Avant history when he completed his 100th commercial real estate transaction of the year in November. This milestone transaction is the first time in the company’s rich, 51-year history that a broker has completed 100 deals in one calendar year.

“Nick’s successful completion of 100 commercial real estate transactions in a calendar year is a testament to professionalism and dedication to his job. Stomski, 33, has quickly moved up the ranks within NAI Avant since he became a broker in 2006, specializing in industrial and investment transactions. He is a Life Member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association Circle of Excellence and has been the recipient each year of the Columbia Region CoStar Power Broker Award for Top Industrial Leasing since 2010. In 2011, he also received the Columbia Region CoStar Power Broker Award for Top Sales Volume. In 2016, Nick was awarded Top Leasing Producer for the Columbia office. He was also recognized by the State Newspaper as one of 20 top rising business stars under the age of 40 in the Midlands who are committed to improving life in South Carolina’s capital city, and Columbia Business Monthly’s Best and Brightest Under 35 in 2016.

Nick offers specialization in acquisition, disposition, landlord and tenant representation in the industrial market across the state, focusing on corporate services in the capacity of brokerage and consulting. Nick also focuses on Build to Suit/Development projects providing opportunities for clients when product to meet their demand does not exist.
