NAI Avant welcomes new brokerage associate

NAI Avant announced the addition of Braden Shockley to its market-leading brokerage group. Shockley will focus primarily on the sale and leasing of office/medical properties on a team with Roger Winn, SIOR and Paul Hartley, SIOR, two of the firm’s top-producing brokers.
Before joining NAI Avant, Braden worked as a real estate broker for Advance Land and Timber in Lexington, SC, specializing in land sales with a focus on recreational and timberland investment properties throughout the Southeast. Prior to Advance, Braden was employed as a property manager for Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, managing their portfolio of shopping centers in Georgia and Alabama.
A Columbia, SC native, Shockley graduated from Clemson University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in accounting.
