NAI Earle Furman’s Property Management Division Continues Growth By Adding Two Class “A” Office Properties

GREENVILLE, SC – NAI Earle Furman’s Property Management division recently added two new properties to its management portfolio.
The latest additions to the company’s management group are 100 and 124 Verdae Boulevard in Greenville.
The management of the two multi-tenant class “A” office buildings adds approximately +/- 160,000 square feet to NAI Earle Furman’s management portfolio, bringing the total number of square feet under the management of the company to over 5 million.
Bill Weede, President of NAI Earle Furman’s Property Management Division, will serve as the primary Property Manager of 100 and 124 Verdae, and Assistant Property Manager, Austin Thompson, will provide additional management service and collaboration.

In addition to Thompson and Weede, the property management team at NAI Earle Furman includes Brent Illingworth, division Vice President; Leanne Jaskwhich, C.P.A., Chief Financial Officer; and a team of three additional property managers, two lease administrators, a property management assistant, and three maintenance technicians.
