NAI Earle Furman names a new shareholder: Bill Sims

NAI Earle Furman announced the recent promotion of Bill Sims to Shareholder. Sims joined NAI Earle Furman in 2007 and has been a vital member of the firm delivering superior results for his clients in the retail and investment sectors.

Bill Sims graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management in 1996. He maintains a real estate license in South Carolina and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Sims has over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a core focus on the sale/acquisition of net leased investment properties (single tenant freestanding buildings, shopping centers, and flex properties). Sims utilizes and embraces a client-focused approach in which he places a strong emphasis on cultivating and maintaining relationships with his clients while providing them with guidance throughout each transaction.
