NBSC’s Frances Anderson presented with award

CHARLESTON, SC – Synovus, the Columbus, Georgia-based financial services company, recently announced the winners of its annual Chairman’s Awards.  Frances Anderson, assistant branch manager of the Charlestowne Square branch of NBSC, a division of Synovus Bank, received the James D. Yancey Customer Covenant Award.

Frances joined NBSC in April 1993 as a teller and was later promoted to personal banker.  She was promoted to assistant branch manager in June 2012.

James D. Yancey Customer Covenant Award is named in honor of the former Synovus Chairman who always put the needs of the customer first. Yancey was instrumental in the creation of the Customer Covenant, the company’s pledge to deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
