New Charleston Tour Pass Saves Visitors Time, Money and the Headache of Deciding Where to Go, What to Do

April 30, 2018
Visitors and Locals now have the option to save up to 50 percent on some of the area’s best tours, attractions and restaurants. CharlestonTourPass.com is launching just in time for the spring and summer tourist season.

Created by Keith Simmons, publisher of Traveler of Charleston Visitor Magazine, this new tour pass offers visitors convenient package options at a discounted price.

“With so many incredible tours, attractions, restaurants and sights to see, we know it can be a little overwhelming for visitors to decide what to do. We created the Charleston Tour Pass to make it simple for tourists to save time, money and the hassle of researching where to go and what to do,” Simmons said. “We’ve hand-picked more than 20 of the best tours and attractions and continue to add more every day. We see the Charleston Tour Pass as the go-to resource for visitors.”

Here’s how it works:
  • Go to CharlestonTourPass.com to select a one-day, two-day, three-day or five-day pass.
  • Purchase the pass online and instantly receive a text and email with a link to the pass. The link opens in a browser-based web app, so no need to download a separate app which provides detailed information about attractions, maps and is a digital guide. Plus, the pass works on all mobile devices.
  • Purchases can be made up to six months in advance, but the pass isn’t activated until users visit the first attraction.
  • Their risk-free-guarantee allows all unactivated passes to be fully refunded for up to six months from purchase date.
The one-day pass includes one featured tour, the two- and three-day passes include two featured tours, and the five-day pass includes three featured tours. Featured tours are those that require users to book a time-specific tour which can be done seamlessly within the Tour Pass app. All tour passes allow users to pick as many tours as they want from the “unlimited” category.

  • 1-Day Pass: $65 adults, $39 children
