New Customer Service Representative Joins Phillips Staffing's Gaffney Location

GREENVILLE, SC – December 10, 2010 – Phillips Staffing has hired Ashley Crocker as a Customer Service Representative for its Gaffney branch. Crocker comes to Phillips after working as the Business Services Coordinator for the Upstate Workforce Investment Board and as an Employment Specialist with Goodwill Industries of the Upstate and Midlands.
A certified WorkKeys Profiler, Crocker will bolster Phillips Staffing’s WorkKeys program development, which was announced in summer 2010. In her new role at Phillips, Crocker will be involved in the full range of Phillips’ services, including recruiting qualified talent and identifying and addressing the staffing needs of businesses and organizations.
Crocker is actively involved in the Upstate community, including serving on the Leadership Greer Board of Regents, the Greer Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative Committee and as a volunteer at various community events and nonprofit fund-raisers. She has attended the College of Charleston and Limestone College and is finishing her B.A. degree from Columbia Southern University.
Ashley brings a great deal of experience in workforce development and a wealth of contacts within the region, said Phillips Staffing President Ed Parris. She will help us continue to grow to meet the needs of business and organizations in the Gaffney region, and serve as another WorkKeys resource within our organization.
