OLH INC. forms new company, Juno Management Professionals, INC.
November 11, 2015COLUMBIA, SC – The Board of Directors of OLH Inc. (OLH), a leading project and construction management firm, today announces the formation of a new company, Juno Management Professionals, Inc. (JMP). After careful analysis and in accordance with OLH’s strategic plan, JMP is being formed to focus specifically on the federal services market. OLH will remain focused on its core business activities including project and construction management support for local and state government agencies as well as contractors and the engineering consultant community.
Gina Bennett, majority owner and CEO of both firms, said, “We have been planning this move as part of our strategic small business growth plan for several years. We have reached that place in time where formation of JMP is a sound business strategy. This strategy will serve to differentiate two distinct business lines and operations and provide for more competitive flexibility in each company’s respective market sectors.”
OLH is excited to further announce that along with their current executive management, they have hired Kevin Hall, PE, a former Department of Energy executive, to serve as President of JMP. Mr. Hall brings over 32 years of federal services experience to JMP and will spearhead the marketing and business development efforts of the new company. OLH personnel currently providing federal services will be transitioned to JMP as contractual obligations allow and future federal market opportunities will be pursued by Juno. JMP is slated to be fully operational in 2016.
JMP’s federal services market will encompass staff augmentation services as well as prime and subcontract opportunities across all federal agencies. Staff augmentation services are mainly focused on providing specific staff for short-term durations (one to two year contracts) to support the federal government. Other federal services areas of interest for JMP will include Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity and scope specific opportunities at the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and other federal agencies.
