One Million Cups Columbia Has Another Great Round of Presenters at Mid-week Meeting

COLUMBIA, SC – May 9, 2014 – Coffee and ideas were both flowing on Wednesday morning at One Million Cups Columbia, hosted by Cromer’s on Huger. Presenters from Krit and Tminus6 Accelerator shared great information and while different, both engaged with audience members that had a diverse array of questions for them.
Krit has an interesting take on solving the problem that many entrepreneurs and/or freelancers face. Passionate about their ideas and what they do, they are often not the most savvy with keeping communication fluid or running the accounts receivable side of their business. With Krit, both of those problems are solved in a user friendly interface that keeps both parties engaged, communicating and moving forward.
The Tminus6 Accelerator is a huge asset to the start-up community in Columbia. That Columbia is home to an accelerator which competes nationally for up-and-coming talent, especially in the IT space is quite impressive. Startup accelerators support companies with early funding, mentoring, training, and showcase events for a defined period, (6 months here, hence the ‘6’ in the title) in exchange for an equity stake in each company.
