Philip Vann receives Judith M. Davis Volunteer of the Year Award

Colliers International | South Carolina’s Philip Vann, a Brokerage Associate in Columbia, was the recipient of the inaugural Judith M. Davis Volunteer of the Year Award from the United Way of the Midlands. The award recognizes a young leader demonstrating commitment to the community and a desire for professional development.
Qualifications incorporate at least 50 hours of community service in the last year, at least one year of nonprofit volunteer board or committee service, and must be currently employed with a for-profit organization.
Vann has demonstrated his dedication to the Columbia community not only as a United Way donor, but also serving as Co-Chair of the Opportunity Committee with the United Way Campaign Committee and volunteering as a tutor with United Way’s Midlands Reading Consortium. He has previously served on the board of Youth Corps of Columbia and the Development Committee for Children’s Trust of South Carolina.
Vann is a member of the Colliers Office Brokerage Team and specializes in tenant advisory services.
