Leases
Greer, South Carolina: Hunter Garrett, SIOR, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord of 51 Concourse Way in leasing a 6,000 industrial building. The tenant, Condustrial Inc., was represented by Tyson Smoak, also of NAI Earle Furman. The property is located in North Perimeter Business Park.
Greenville, South Carolina: Hunter Garrett, CCIM, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented Brown Street, LLC in leasing a 4,820 SF office space located at 115 North Brown Street in downtown Greenville. The space will be home to Green Cloud Technologies, an IT and telecommunications company.
Greenville, South Carolina: Jon A. Good, SIOR and Earle Furman, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman represented Camperdown Company in leasing a 5,000 SF flex space located in The Commerce Center on Pelham Road. QuikTrip Corporation will occupy the space for the administrative offices. QuikTrip was represented by Keith Jones, CCIM also of NAI Earle Furman.
Spartanburg, South Carolina: Earle Furman, Jon A. Good, SIOR and Alexi Papapieris of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing an 8,788 SF industrial space located at 115-G Belton Drive in Spartanburg. The space was leased to Allegiance.

Greenville, South Carolina: Earle Furman, SIOR, Jon A. Good, SIOR and Alexi Papapieris of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the owner of 1290 Ridge Road in selling the 63,600 SF industrial property. The property was purchased by Image Investments Inc. for $2,995,000.
Spartanburg, South Carolina: Jon A. Good, SIOR and Earle Furman, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented Beresford Box Company, Inc. in selling a 54,000 SF industrial facility located at 5405 North Blackstock Road in Spartanburg. The facility was purchased by Nemato Composites USA, LP for $1,200,000.
