Leases

Greenville, South Carolina (April, 2010): Hunter Garrett (pictured right), CCIM, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord of the NBSC Building in downtown Greenville in renewing Vista Capital Management Group’s 3,400 SF office lease.

Greenville, South Carolina (April, 2010):
Hunter Garrett, CCIM, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord of 325 West McBee Avenue in renewing a 4,216 SF office lease to Duke Energy Corporation.

Greenville, South Carolina (April, 2011):  Peter Couchell (pictured above), CCIM and Stuart Wyeth of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord of Gateway Business Center in leasing a 4,800 SF flex space to Project Integration, Inc.  The property is located at 1097 Highway 1010 South in Greer, SC.

Fountain Inn, South Carolina (April, 2011):  Hunter Garrett, CCIM, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented GTC Properties, LLC in renewing Faurecia Interior System’s 20,000 SF industrial lease located at 106 South Woods Drive in Fountain Inn, SC.

Greenville, South Carolina (April, 2011):  Hunter Garrett, CCIM, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented First Citizens Bank in leasing an 11,411 SF office space to Perceptis Inc, the country’s leading provider of help desk support, customer support services and business intelligence to higher education. The call center will be located at 325 West McBee Avenue in Greenville and plans to employ 200 people.

Anderson, South Carolina (April, 2010): Tim Roller of NAI Earle Furman, LLC (pictured above) represented the landlord of Mall Parade business park located at 3300 N. Main Street in leasing space to Dr. Paul Coppola.

Anderson, South Carolina (April, 2010):
Tim Roller of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord of McGee Plaza in Anderson in leasing a retail space to US Lawns of Anderson.

Sales

Simpsonville, South Carolina (April, 2011): Tony Bonitati of NAI Earle Furman, LLC (pictured above) represented the purchaser of 3841 Grandview Drive in buying a .31 parcel of land and an 1,100 retail building.  The buyer will be re-opening Bruster’s Ice Cream in time for the summer season. The buyer currently owns and operates other Bruster’s location in the Greenville area.
