Greenville, South Carolina (April, 2010): Hunter Garrett (pictured right), CCIM, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord of the NBSC Building in downtown Greenville in renewing Vista Capital Management Group’s 3,400 SF office lease.
Greenville, South Carolina (April, 2010): Hunter Garrett, CCIM, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord of 325 West McBee Avenue in renewing a 4,216 SF office lease to Duke Energy Corporation.

The buyer will be re-opening Bruster’s Ice Cream in time for the summer season. The buyer currently owns and operates other Bruster’s location in the Greenville area.
