Recruiting Solutions celebrates National Staffing Employee Week

September 21, 2017

Recruiting Solutions is celebrating National Staffing Employee Week during September 18th – 24th. Established by the American Staffing Association, this commemorative week honors the millions of temporary and contract employees working for U.S. staffing firms.

In South Carolina alone, over 294,000 temporary and contract employees were employed through the staffing industry in the last year. These positions exist across all industry sectors and professions, and the majority are full-time roles.

Temporary jobs often lead to permanent work with a company and are a great way to learn new skills and make connections in the community. Furthermore, the opportunity for permanent employment is a top motivation for choosing staffing, according to the ASA Staffing Employee Survey.

“As a member of the American Staffing Association, Recruiting Solutions is proud to celebrate National Staffing Employee Week,” said Cam Varner, President of Recruiting Solutions. “It is important to recognize temporary and contract employees as a key part of South Carolina’s workforce.”

Recruiting Solutions is celebrating the week by recognizing outstanding employees in their Greenville, Columbia, and Florence branches.
