GREENVILLE, SC – May 23, 2013 – Toby Humphries was recognized at the South Carolina Environmental Conference (SCEC) with the Water Environment of South Carolina (WEASC) Dennis Pittman Collection System Award.

Named in honor of Dennis Pittman of Taylors Fire and Sewer District for his dedication and tireless endeavors, the Dennis Pittman Collection System Award is given annually to a WEASC member for excellent achievement in the maintenance of a wastewater collection system in South Carolina.
