Richland One invites community to 2018 State of the District Address

The community is invited to learn more about Richland One, its accomplishments and plans for the future at the annual Superintendent’s State of the District Address, which will be held Thursday, February 8 at 6:00 p.m. in the Freddie E. Grace, Jr. Theatre at W.G. Sanders Middle School, 3455 Pine Belt Road.
Richland One Superintendent Dr. Craig Witherspoon will deliver the address which will include updates on district goals and achievements, new programs and budget.
In the last year, Richland One has added a virtual school program for high school students, upgraded its stadiums/athletics facilities and received a $15 million grant to start new magnet programs in the fall. The district also held its first school choice fair this year and rebranded the district logo.
