Riverfront Park to remain closed for repairs

COLUMBIA, SC – Riverfront Park, located at 312 Laurel Street, is temporarily closed to the public due to repairs that are needed after the October 2015 flood, the City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department announced.
The repairs are expected to take up to 30 days.
During this period, guests may visit the following parks, with assigned walking trails, which are open Monday through Sunday from dawn to dusk:
- Granby Park, 100 Catawba St.
- Earlewood Park, 1111 Parkside Dr. (Enter from River Drive)
- Maxcy Gregg Park, 1651 Park Circle
- Drew Park, beside the Charles R. Drew Wellness Center, 2101 Walker Solomon Way
