Rob Brissie, Spectrum Commercial Properties Agent of the Year

GREENVILLE, SC – February 24, 2011 – Spectrum Commercial Properties announced that Rob Brissie has been named Outstanding Commercial Agent of the Year for 2010.
Brissie represented clients in almost thirty transactions valued at nearly $4,000,000 across the upstate. He is actively pursuing the Professional designation of CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member which is attained by only less than five percent of all commercial agents.
In Addition, Towers Rice was named Runner-up for his strong performance in 2010. Rice represented clients in fifteen transaction valued at nearly $1,000,000. He is also pursuing the CCIM professional designation and has recently won a scholarship grant to complete and additional course.
