ROI Commercial, LLC, Principal and Broker, Sherri C. Burriss, recently closed the land sale transaction at 1068 South Lake Drive in Lexington, SC. The ±1.69 acre site is located near I-20 and the retail corridor into the Red Bank/White Knoll community. The buyer plans to redevelop the raw land into a specialty retail center.
Burriss represented the Seller, Satcher Properties, LLC in the transaction. Lynx Properties, LLC, purchased the land for $430,000 and was represented by United Real Estate.
