SCDOT employees to pick up roadside litter on March 30

Motorists are asked to use caution and be on the lookout for South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) employees today, Wednesday, March 30, 2022, during the agency’s “Spring Cleanup” litter pickup operations.

In support of Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette’s “Grab A Bag SC” litter pickup program, SCDOT plans to deploy hundreds of employees across the state to pick up roadside litter. SCDOT’s “Spring Cleanup”  includes employees from headquarters to the county offices joining together to help pick up litter.
