Scott and Company announces new senior accountant

South Carolina accounting and consulting firm, Scott and Company LLC welcomes Dallas McGuire, CPA, to their tax department.
“Over the past year and a half we’ve had the opportunity to work with and get to know Dallas as she provided contract work for the firm. We are excited she has formally joined our team on a permanent basis,” said Don Mobley, CPA, managing member of Scott and Company LLC. “With more than thirty years in accounting, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our staff and clients.”
McGuire began working with Scott and Company on a contract basis in February 2015 and was recently formally hired as a senior accountant in tax and advisory services. She is responsible for preparing tax returns and providing advisory services for clients. Prior to joining Scott and Company, McGuire was a self-employed CPA. She is a graduate of Marshall University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA). McGuire currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina, where she enjoys playing tennis.
