Seph Wunder Returns to Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Greenville Office

GREENVILLE, SC – Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. is pleased to welcome Stephen J. (Seph) Wunder back to the Firm’s Greenville, SC office.
Mr. Wunder first joined the law firm in 2007, and left in 2011 for an opportunity to serve as General Counsel of Johnson Development Associates, Inc. in Spartanburg, SC. In this role he provided advice and counsel on contracts, loan agreements, leases, tax incentive issues, and human resource matters for the real estate development company.
His current law practice bridges his knowledge of economic development and public finance with the interworking of real estate development and corporate operations. He now advises companies, real estate developers, owners, investors and key stakeholders on all legal aspects of their business and operation. He also advises and represents lenders in commercial and real estate loan transactions. In addition, Mr. Wunder works with various non-profits and governmental entities in providing legal advice and guidance.
Active in the Upstate community, Mr. Wunder is a board member of the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce; graduate of Leadership Spartanburg, former board member and chair of PULSE, Notre Dame Club of the Western Carolinas, and served on the advisory council of the Salvation Army Boys’ and Girls’ Club.
He is a 2007, cum laude, graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and a 2004, magna cum laude, graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he received a B.A. in economics and political science.
