Shanel Matthews joins Colliers | South Carolina’s real estate management team

Colliers | South Carolina announced Shanel Matthews has joined its Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team as an Assistant Property Manager at 1901 Main in Columbia. Shanel provides vital support for management team leadership and assists with the execution of the daily operations of the Class A office tower.
“We’re excited to welcome Shanel to the 1901 Main REMS team,” said Kim Butler, Senior Vice President of REMS for Colliers | South Carolina. “In her previous position with LCK, Colliers’ project management services partner, she built an impressive reputation in communications and collaboration as a Project Coordinator. I am eager to see her bring these same strong work ethics and practices to her new role. She will deliver exceptional customer service to the tenants, clients and service providers at 1901 Main.”
Matthews is a graduate of University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services. She has experience in project management, law firm and consulting group administration as well as branding and social media strategy.
