Shanna Temple-Gordon promoted to Assistant Property Manager

Colliers International is pleased to announce that Shanna Temple-Gordon has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager.
Temple-Gordon has served as Property Administrator for Bank of America Plaza at 1901 Main Street in downtown Columbia for several years and has been with Colliers South Carolina since 2012. She earned her property management license from the Real Estate School of South Carolina in 2002 and has over 18 years’ experience in property management.
Colliers’ statewide REMS portfolio of approximately 14.0 million square feet is comprised of 56% industrial, 32% office and 12% retail properties. Colliers International is an IREM Accredited Management Organization. With offices located in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville, Colliers employs 16 property managers with an average of over 22 years’ real estate management experience,12 support personnel and 23 maintenance technicians as well as 6 property accounting staff.
