Sheriff’s Office SOS Program Valentine’s Day Project

Earlier this month the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office announced their new community outreach program, Senior Outreach Services (SOS). Response to the program available to seniors 65 and over who live alone has been tremendous and many have asked how they can help.
The Sheriff’s office sic currently working on a Valentine’s Day project for seniors enrolled in the program. They are collecting certain items to make Valentine bags to give to the seniors. If you would like to donate, they are accepting items at the Sheriff’s office during normal business hours until February 9th.
