Smith Moore Leatherwood attorney Kate Laffitte selected to Leadership Greenville

Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP announced that attorney Katherine Hendricks Laffitte has been selected as a member of Leadership Greenville Class 44.
Leadership Greenville is the Greenville Chamber’s flagship leadership program, designed to help develop informed, committed and qualified leaders for Greenville County. By taking an intensive look into the issues affecting Greenville County, Leadership Greenville prepares and motivates participants to provide quality, dynamic leadership within the area. Since the program began in 1973, there have been over 2000 participants.
Laffitte is a member of the firm’s real estate group. She focuses on commercial real estate transactions, representing lenders, property owners and developers in the acquisition, disposition, financing and refinancing of commercial properties. Separate from real estate, she also works with clients on issues surrounding creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.
Laffitte is a graduate of Wofford College and Charleston School of Law.
