Smoked plans to open underground speakeasy, “The Burnline”, to the public

Smoked, an upscale contemporary dining restaurant nestled in the heart of the Historic Main Street District, is excited to soon unveil its upcoming expansion project. Their exclusive underground speakeasy, The Burnline, will be open to the public starting August 2nd, 2023. This new addition promises to enhance the already exceptional dining experience, offering guests a clandestine haven to savor handcrafted libations in an ambiance of mystery and allure. The Burnline draws its name from the historic remnants of burn lines from Sherman’s March on Columbia in 1865 that used to be on its walls. This underground speakeasy is poised to offer an exclusive and premium experience to its esteemed guests. Indulge in a curated selection of premium liquors and an exquisite cocktail menu crafted exclusively for this distinctive space. The menu will boast six hand-crafted cocktails, including three rotating and unique creations, along with three classic favorites. Complementing the libations are exclusive beers from the esteemed Peak Drift Brewing Company.
Exciting changes are on the horizon for The Burnline, as it evolves into a captivating destination. While maintaining its focus on a remarkable collection of rare and allocated spirits, The Burnline will now feature its own dedicated cocktail menu, showcasing both upscale classics and innovative creations that set it apart from anything experienced at Smoked before. Furthermore, guests can look forward to immersive experiences, including cocktail classes, curated tastings, and more, all under the expert guidance of Smoked’s Bar Director, Jake Cooper.

Operating from Wednesday to Saturday, 4 pm until closing, starting on August 2, 2023, this captivating space will be a hub for experiential events that elevate the evening into something truly exceptional.
