Smoothie King expands Lowcountry footprint with help from NAI Avant

NAI Avant is pleased to announce that brokers Elliot Calhoun and Andrew Braden recently represented Smoothie King in a ±1,260 square foot (SF) lease at 1654 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard in West Ashley.

Smoothie King will occupy the entire space at 1654 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard, transforming the retired bank building into a new smoothie shop with a drive-thru. Extensive interior and exterior renovations have begun, and the store is slated to open during the fall of 2017.

Smoothie King has more than 800 locations worldwide, 12 of which are in South Carolina. This new location reflects Smoothie King’s effort to expand its footprint in the Lowcountry, and will be the third store in the greater Charleston area.
