SOL Southwest Kitchen & Tequila Bar partners with Windwood Farm Home & Family Services this holiday season

Now through January 7th, SOL Southwest Kitchen & Tequila Bar in Mt. Pleasant, Summerville and Downtown Charleston has partnered with Windwood Farm Home & Family Services to raise money through the restaurant’s Kitchen Karma program. This local nonprofit organization provides therapeutic residential services to abused, neglected children in our community.

Through its Kitchen Karma program, SOL partners with local charity organization and donates $1 from every featured Kitchen Karma item sold in that time period to the partnering charity. The featured items for the Windwood Farm Home & Family Services partnership include the Cranberry Spiced Margarita and the Steak Skewers.

“Their passion to help and heal children in our community overcome past traumas is inspiring,” explains David Clark, owner of SOL. “We are honored to have the opportunity to partner with them and help give back.”

SOL recently partnered with My Sister’s House to help their mission to provides services, programs and resources to empower victims of domestic violence and their children to be free from abuse. SOL raised a total of $2,790 for My Sister’s Closet.
