South Carolina State Fair early bird ticket window opens

Advance discount and ride tickets and Pepsi Grandstand concert tickets for this year’s South Carolina State Fair are on sale at the fair’s Early Bird Ticket Window.
The Early Bird Ticket Window will be open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. through Sept. 30 and again Oct. 2-6. Tailgaters at the University of South Carolina football team’s home game with Arkansas Oct. 7 also can purchase tickets at the booth the day of the game.
The Early Bird Ticket Window is located at the fair’s South Ticket Booth inside Gate 6 off George Rogers Boulevard.
Advance admission tickets are $7 and will be $10 during the fair.
Advance ride vouchers are $25 and will be $30 during the fair and $35 on weekends. Ride vouchers can be exchanged for a Pay-One-Price wristband for unlimited rides any one day of the fair. Vouchers also may be exchanged for 30 ride coupons any day of the fair.
Tickets for the six musical acts in this year’s Pepsi Grandstand series range from $15 to $30 and include fair admission. This year’s Grandstand lineup includes Brothers Osborne Oct 11, Keith Sweat Oct. 13, Chris Young Oct. 16, ZZ Top Oct. 18, TobyMac Oct. 20 and Sabrina Carpenter Oct. 22.
