The Woodlands at Furman earns awards for senior care

GREENVILLE, SC – August 22, 212 – The Woodlands at Furman received three awards this week from Greystone Communities for excellence in providing senior living.

The Woodlands beat out scores of other Greystone communities to win the Outstanding Performance Award for – Highest Score Hospitality, the Outstanding Performance Award for – Most Improved Hospitality Score, and the Outstanding Performance Award for – Highest Score Resident Satisfaction Survey – Independent Living.

The Woodlands puts a major emphasis on resident happiness and quality of life, said Troy Cannaday, the Woodlands’ executive director. While we work for our residents and not for awards, it is great to be  honored. This is an entire team effort and reflects on everyone’s commitment to performance.
