Thomas, Lewis named to “Legal Elite of the Midlands”

August 1, 2023

Brady Thomas and Will Lewis, two of the Richardson Thomas founding partners, are included in the 2023 edition of “Legal Elite of the Midlands.”

Thomas is recognized for his work in the practice area of Medical Malpractice – Plaintiff. It’s his first appearance in “Legal Elite.” Lewis, who also was honored in 2023, is included in Personal Injury – Plaintiff.

Thomas represents victims and families in a wide variety of medical malpractices cases, including those involving catastrophic injuries. His practice also includes product liability litigation.

Lewis, a former federal prosecutor, represents accident victims in cases against intoxicated drivers and against establishments that over-served them. He also represents clients harmed by defective products and has an extensive federal practice representing whistleblowers in qui tam cases.

Published annually since 2010 by “Columbia Business Monthly,” “Legal Elite of the Midlands” honors the region’s top attorneys across more than 20 practice areas. The selection process begins with a nomination from another lawyer. A vote of the area’s active attorneys determines the final selection.
