Top food stylist and cookbook author Victoria Granof featured at sit down supper and book signing

Event to Be Held At M. Judson Booksellers On Sunday, October 27th, 2024, 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Victoria Granof, a James Beard Award Finalist, Cordon Bleu graduate, and one of the country’s most well-respected and renowned culinary artists and cookbook authors, will be the featured speaker at an Italian dinner and book signing for her newest cookbook Sicily, My Sweet on Sunday, October 27th at M. Judson Booksellers, 130 South Main Street in Greenville. Tickets are priced at $125 and includes entrance to the event, a copy of the book, and a four-course meal with wine pairings.*

Brooklyn-based Granof is one of the country’s top food stylists whose gorgeously styled food has appeared in Food & Wine, Vogue, Bon Appetit, The New York Times, New York Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, Wall Street Journal, Food 52, and Epicurious. She was dubbed the “Cannoli Queen” by Bon Appetit, named one of the most creative and inspiring women in food by Cherry Bombe and a “woman to follow” by The Spruce Eats. Her food styling clients include Coca Cola, Perrier, Tillamook Cheese, Häagen-Daz, and Chobani.

Additionally, Granof has styled food for numerous best-selling cookbooks including Anthony Bourdain’s Appetites, Food in Vogue, The Red Rooster Cookbook by Marcus Samuelsson, How To Cook Everything by Mark Bittman, Good Meat by Deborah Krasner and Cooking With Zac by Zac Posen.

Granof will discuss her road trip to Sicily where she toured dozens of pastry shops, convents, farms and private homes gathering authentic recipes for the book which features stunning full-color food and location photography. Touring all three corners of the island and deep into its interior, she’ll share the history and stories of the Italian pasticcerias she visited for Sicily, My Sweet. She is the author of four other cookbooks.
