Transitions Vice President of Operations named 2024 Women of Influence honoree

The Transitions team is thrilled to announce that Monica Haddock, Vice President of Operations, has been selected as a 2024 Women of Influence honoree.
The Women of Influence Awards celebrate the achievements of women across various industries, including business, public service, education, and community engagement.
Monica, a Licensed Independent Master Social Worker, has been with Transitions Homeless Center for over six years. As lead case manager, she improved service quality and client interactions, developing innovative programs for diverse client needs. Promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2022, she oversees security, maintenance, construction, government grants, and United Way interactions. Her dedication has increased grant funding, expanded services, and improved client living conditions, including securing VA funding for unhoused veterans.
Denean Rivers, community activist and former president, remarked, “Monica is a powerful change agent. The world needs more people like her to pave the way with kindness.”
