Two McKay firm attorneys earn CCP designation

COLUMBIA, SC – McKay, Cauthen, Settana & Stubley, P.A. announced that two of their attorneys, Brandon Jones and James E. L. “Eddie” Fickling have completed the necessary courses to earn their CCP designation from the CLM Claims College.

To earn the CCP designation, professionals must successfully complete all three levels of the CLM Claims College. Brandon and Eddie were a part of the first group of professionals to complete all three. The CCP designees can also choose to continue their studies and earn the Advanced Claims Professional (ACP) designation.

Brandon Jones practices in the areas of trucking and transportation law, products liability, commercial litigation, governmental defense and general insurance defense. James “Eddie” Fickling practices in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, employment law, government defense, utilities law, civil litigation, construction defect litigation and subrogation.

Jones and Fickling jointly stated that it was exciting to be a part of the first group to earn their CCP designation.
