Two upper King Street buildings purchased for $12 million

NAI Charleston announced that Thomas Boulware, SIOR, CCIM represented the purchaser in the acquisition of 585 & 587 King Street. These buildings, which comprise ±13,700 SF, are occupied by Fuji Sushi Bar and Uptown Social, upper King Street entertainment district staples.
The seller, Vanderking, LLC, was represented by Tim Weldon of Colony Commercial Real Estate.
