United Community Mortgage Services welcomes Brian Johnson

United Community Mortgage Services is pleased to welcome Brian Johnson as a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator to its Greenville team. Johnson holds 23 years of experience in the financial industry and will be based out of the bank’s East North Street location.

“Brian’s experience with mortgage lending and knowledge of Greenville make him a great asset,” said Mike Davies, President of United Community Mortgage Services. “He understands the importance of relationship building and is always focused on providing superior customer service. Prior to joining United, Johnson served as Vice President of Mortgage Lending for Guaranteed Rate, a digital mortgage lending platform. In this role, he was responsible for the oversight of customers in South Carolina for the Chicago-based institution. Johnson has also served as Senior Mortgage Loan Officer for other financial institutions in Greenville, including CertusBank and SunTrust for six years.

Johnson is a Michigan native and has been a resident of Greenville for 25 years. He is a graduate of Oakland Community College and Queens College where he majored in finance. Johnson has been an avid attendee of Brookwood Church for 20 years. He and his wife Karen have three children, Daniel, Bradley and Amanda. Johnson’s interests include fitness, golf, studying the financial markets and participating in charitable activities.
