Veteran Economic Development attorney Edward Kluiters joins Nelson Mullins

Veteran economic development attorney Edward G. Kluiters is joining Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as a partner in the Columbia office.

Mr. Kluiters has almost three decades of experience in working closely with state and local development authorities and governments in advising businesses and industries on various economic incentives, site acquisition, and financing, and in addressing business, contract, and other issues as they arise. Mr. Kluiters has represented numerous domestic and foreign clients including companies from Canada, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Korea.
