William M. Coxe, Jr. joins Greenwood Capital, expanding Wealth team

Greenwood Capital announced that William MacAllister Coxe, Jr. has joined the Wealth Management team as a Private Client Advisor at its newly constructed 201 West McBee Avenue offices. As a Private Client Advisor, Mr. Coxe is responsible for creating and cultivating high net-worth financial planning and investment advisory relationships in the Upstate and throughout South Carolina.

Upon graduating from the University of South Carolina (USC), Mr. Coxe began his investment career with the Robinson Humphreys/Smith Barney/CitiGroup organization developing and managing a dedicated client base and more than $400 million in investment assets. During and upon graduating from the Darla Moore School of Business at USC, and being fluent in French and Spanish, Mr. Coxe worked as a financial analyst and sales manager for several international companies. As Director of Business Development for USC, he also developed business relationships with hi-tech manufacturing companies to aide in business planning, executive and workplace development. Mr. Coxe joins Greenwood Capital from WCM Global Wealth LLC, where he was a Wealth Advisor.

Mr. Coxe is a Board Member of the Greenville Zoo Foundation, the Pleasantburg Rotary and is a founder of the West End Leads Club.
