Wilson Kibler aids Independence Materials Group in 29,000-square-foot expansion

Independence Materials Group, a subsidiary of Groundworks, has expanded its Columbia operations, leasing an additional 29,000 square feet at its current Rosewood Drive facility near Williams Brice Stadium. IMG has expanded its total building footprint from 41,000 to 70,000 square feet. Wilson Kibler senior associate and principal, George McCutchen, CCIM, SIOR, represented the landlord in the lease.
IMG is a materials supplier for basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, crawl space repair, foundation repair, structural wall repair, and concrete lifting companies.
