Ziff Properties Acquires Mixed-Use Center

ASHEVILLE, NC – Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the acquisition of the 85,401-square-foot Biltmore Station located in Asheville, NC. The mixed-use property was purchased for an undisclosed price. Alex Quarrier of Berkeley Capital Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.
