Ziff Properties closes multiple-property transaction

Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the disposition of Saint Andrews Shopping Center in Columbia, SC and Cedar Springs Shopping Center in Spartanburg, SC. The retail properties sold to a private buyer from California. Tony D’Ambrosio of Colliers and Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS represented Ziff Properties in the respective transactions.
Chief Operating Officer and Director of Acquisitions, Christian Chamblee says, “The disposition of these two properties will allow us to focus on new and challenging markets and continue to expand our retail and self-storage portfolio.”
