Pendleton Places Announces 2012 Board of Directors
December 12, 2011GREENVILLE, SC – December 12, 2011 – Pendleton Place Children’s Shelter in Greenville, S.C. has elected seven new members to serve on its board of directors and has elected new officers for 2012.
Pendleton Place is a local non-profit organization that serves as a safe haven for children that have been hurt by abuse, neglect or abandonment. Board members are elected for a 3-year term.
The newly elected board members are:

Pendleton Place was founded in 1975 by the Junior League of Greenville. Since then it has fulfilled an important need in Upstate South Carolina by providing a safe, warm place for children and youth who have been removed from their homes by the Department of Social Services.
