Kevin Hall named President of Federal Services for OLH Inc.

COLUMBIA, SC – OLH Inc., a leading project and construction management firm, is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Kevin Hall as President of Federal Services for the company effective November 1, 2015. Mr. Hall is a Retired U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Senior Executive Service member with a career spanning over 32 years.
He brings to the firm a broad experience base in nuclear construction, startup, operations, security, and business systems. He is experienced with the entire nuclear portfolio including fuel cycle, reactors, weapons and cleanup activities. Additionally, his career has included management experience with large multi-billion dollar projects, complicated issues, regulatory and foreign government interactions.

Mr. Hall’s career has included leadership and management roles in numerous complex nuclear operations. He has served as the Department of Energy’s Manager of the Oak Ridge Office and Federal Project Director at the Savannah River Site for the oversight, construction, and start-up of the $5 billion Mixed Oxide Fuel Facility project. In his role at OLH Mr. Hall will oversee day-to-day company operations as well as being the lead on strategic growth and business development of OLH’s federal services sector. He will also be available to federal clients where his expertise is needed.
Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the US Merchant Marine Academy, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of South Carolina and is a certified Project Management Professional. He is a Level III Federal Project Director and Level III Acquisition Professional.

Mr. Hall began his career as a shipboard engineer in the Merchant Marine. He worked around the globe on deep water drilling vessels and on a Windjammer Barefoot Cruises tall ship in the British Virgin Islands.
