Studio 2LR, Inc. Architecture + Interiors Office Expansion Receives LEED Certification

COLUMBIA, SC – August 6, 2009 – Studio 2LR, Inc. recently completed design of their office expansion to meet USGBC LEED CI (United States Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – Commercial Interiors) standards. Construction is completed and has been certified by the US Green Building Council. 

LEED for Commercial Interiors is the recognized system for certifying high-performance green interiors that are healthy, productive places to work; are less costly to operate and maintain; and have a reduced environmental footprint. LEED CI gives the power to make sustainable choices to tenants and designers, who do not always have control over whole building operations.
