Wallick and Miles-McClellan Join Forces on Carolinas Construction
July 16, 2009COLUMBUS, OH – July 15, 2009 – A new partnership was announced today between local firms Wallick and Miles-McClellan Construction to increase their presence and competitive position in the construction of multi-family housing in North and South Carolina.
Under this agreement, the two Columbus-based firms already have two projects underway: Brookside Commons, a 162-unit apartment community in Columbia, SC; and Evergreen Landings, an 80-unit apartment community in Gastonia, NC.
Combining resources with Miles-McClellan provides the scale, experience and capabilities we felt was vital to provide the service delivery needed in this market, said CEO Tom Feusse.
Wallick has built and rehabilitated more than 1,800 multi-family units in the Carolinas since entering the market in 2001. Miles-McClellan entered the Carolina market last year.
