Time Warner Cable Rolls Out Enhanced DVR Across South Carolina

New DVR Provides Vast Storage And Virtually Eliminates Recording Conflicts By Recording Up To 6 Shows At Once

 

COLUMBIA, SC – Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) today announced the launch of Enhanced DVR, an advanced set-top box with dramatically improved DVR features and capacity, across South Carolina.

Enhanced DVR customers can simultaneously record up to six different programs and enjoy up to six times more storage than their current DVR, with the ability to save 150 hours of high-definition (HD) programming on its 1-terabyte (1,000 gigabytes) hard drive. Consumers with Enhanced DVR can watch, pause, rewind and fast-forward shows recorded on the Enhanced DVR on up to four other HD set-top boxes in the home.
