Join Nutricia North America, makers of KetoCal, for our Ketogenic Diet Cooking Tour on Saturday, Mar. 13.  This event will be a demonstration on how to cook with KetoCal.

Chef Neil Pallister-Bosomworth, professional chef experienced in therapeutic diets, will demonstrate his new Classical and Modified Atkins Ketogenic diet recipes, such as pizza, crackers, wraps, curry and more.

The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, moderate protein, carbohydrate restricted diet. The ketosis that results from this diet acts like an anti-seizure medication. Current research reveals that 60 percent of children who are placed on the diet have in improvement in seizure control and one-third of these children become seizure free.

KetoCal is a product made by Nutricia North America that can be used to make various recipes once restricted for the Ketogenic diet compatible with the Ketogenic diet.
