Lake Murray-Irmo Rotary Club donates to Snack Pack Program

Sustaining growing minds in need.
With the Snack Pack Program, no District 5 child has to go hungry.
With a donation made by Lake Murray-Irmo Rotary Club hundreds of students are provided food for the weekend.
Students are identified by school social workers and guidance counselors. During the 2012-2013 school year, 467 students in need were provided meals. During the 2013-2014 school year, we are serving more than 600 students, representing about 4% of our student population. The Rotary Club of Lake Murray-Irmo is glad to contribute once again this year to help our community sustain this program. Pictured Stuart Stout and Rotary Club President Stan Bugner
