YNotU2 is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit that provides job and life skills development for disadvantaged job seekers, early childhood intervention and community outreach. Their 5th Annual “Night before Christmas” event will take place at EdVenture Museum on December 14.
Their goal with this event is to provide an educational and fun, holiday experience for the disadvantaged youth in the Columbia area. Serving children from shelters, youth programs, group homes and impoverished communities in Columbia, SC. There are organized Toy Drives so that each child, numbering the area of 300-400 children, will receive a present from Santa.
YNotU2 also organizes a back-to-school event and in 2020 they will be embarking on an ambitious goal of rebuilding 100 roofs of Midlands homes that were destroyed in the 2015 flood.
