Colliers | South Carolina and LCK announce 2021 company awards
April 14, 2022Charleston / Columbia / Greenville / Spartanburg, SC – Colliers | South Carolina and LCK presented 2021 awards at the company’s annual celebration which was held at Riverbanks Zoo on March 9, 2022.
The 2021 ONE Colliers Award was presented to Grant Butler, Property Manager in the company’s Columbia office. Demonstrating a love for the community, exemplifying the Colliers brand and the desire to grow and improve, the ONE Colliers Award recipient embodies and promotes Colliers’ six core values of integrity, service, collaboration, fun, expertise and community to both the company and in our communities to play a role in unifying the Colliers team as ONE.
“Through his consistent collaboration across our Colliers teams, Grant ensures that our clients’ experiences are seamless integrated services, bringing creative ideas and solutions to exceed our clients’ expectations,” said Debbie Lane, Senior Vice President of Real Estate Management Services for Colliers | South Carolina. “He supports our community to improve the lives of others and shares his knowledge, kindness and wit inside and outside of Colliers.”
The Service Excellence Award was presented to Joan Beardsley, Lease Administrator in the company’s Columbia office. The award recognizes a team or an individual which delivers services of outstanding quality, creativity, geographic reach and unique collaboration and inspires others to provide the same level of superior service to our clients. This individual goes “above and beyond” by making the most of their expertise and resources to solve complex challenges while creating memorable and successful outcomes for their clients and colleagues.
“Joan truly places our company and our clients first and that defines her work ethic and professionalism. She shares her expertise broadly with our brokers, property accountants, property managers and other teammates,” said Kim Butler, Vice President of Real Estate Management Services and Manager of Columbia REMS for Colliers | South Carolina. “Most importantly, Joan does so to benefit of our clients, ensuring that our work product is flawless.”
The Innovation Award was presented to Adam Lynch, Director of Preconstruction Services, and Satyam Pachori, Assistant Project Manager, in LCK’s Columbia office. The award recognizes and honors revolutionary actions resulting in incremental or radical advancement in thinking, processes or outcomes while promoting collaboration, service and operational excellence, innovation and fun.
“Adam and Satyam voluntarily developed a web-based platform to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of managing LCK projects and to improve access to project data for our clients,” said Mickey Layden, President/CEO of LCK. “This tool has been a game-changer for project managers and the reception from our clients has been phenomenal.”
The Rising Star Award recognizes team members who have been with the company less than three years. Recipients have excelled in their position and in service to clients, exhibit the core values of the company, are active in the community in which they work and live, and continue to enhance their position by striving to learn more through educational opportunities. The 2021 Rising Star Award recipients are as follows:
